Our Mission Statement:
We desire to create strong, lasting relationships with the pet-loving families in our community by providing comfortable enrichment for furry family members while creating peace of mind so our clients are able to focus on other things.
Home visits:
We come by (between 8:30am and 8:30pm) and spend 25 minutes with your pet(s).
This visit includes checking/refilling water, cuddles, playtime/interaction, treats and/or meal feeding, litter box attention, and a 10-15 minute walk for dogs….$30.00.
Early morning visits and night/late night visits are available (6:30am-8:30am for early morning or 8:30pm-11:30pm).…adds $7.50 with single visit purchase or $5.00 for packaged visits.
Wee hour visits (11:30pm-6:30am)….adds $15.00 with single visit purchase or $10.00 for packaged visits.
If your pet needs longer walks (weather and heat permitting) or lengthier visits, the visit time can be extended in 20 minute increments….$10.00 each 20 minutes.

20 pack: 25% savings
Additionally, after 20 completed, you get a free 5 pack! This is an added $135.00 value which brings your cost down to $18.00/visit.
Also, you can share a 20 pack with a neighbor in the same complex or on the same street! We encourage this because it’s time and resource efficient for us to get to provide services essentially in the same location.
Overnight stays are available only for established clients and priced on a case by case basis.
Additional home and convenience services are available. To name a few, these include:
Trash take out/putback
Recycle bin tale out/put back
Laundry or dry cleaning drop off/pick up
Grocery/pharmacy/pet supply order pick up
Plant watering

These are priced according to the task and the regularity with which you need the service provided.
Policies:
Two meet and greet visits are required prior to scheduling and committing to provide services. We want o make sure your pet(s) are comfortable with us entering the home and that we can safely and successfully provide the service(s) you are paying for.
At a meet and greet, it’s a good opportunity to enter your home, meet the pet(s), see where you keep your pet food and pet dishes and learn the yard or path you like to take for walks, as well as learn your pet’s favorite toys and activities.
We can meet you outside the house and enter it together as a way of easing into the situation – all pets are unique when it comes to their reactions for meeting new people and people coming in to their space.
Ahead of booking the first meet and greet, we will need the new client form completed.
The first meet and greet is free.
With a package purchase, the second is free as well.
If you are intending on booking or purchasing a single home visit then the second meet and greet is $15.00.
Packages are good for 90 days.
We do not and will not use retractable leashes…There are horror stories that you should absolutely be aware of when it comes to these. Please do not ask us to use these. The answer is “no”.
Reschedules or cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible. Under 24 hours notice, the visit will still be charged.

Absolutely! We possess pet insurance, giving you a piece of mind for your dog or cat in making sure that while you are gone, there is nothing to worry about, and you can remain pawsitive about that.

Blake Setser
Blake Setser’s Biography:
I am a 21-year-old Jacksonville native. My mom is the founder of and primary veterinarian at St. Francis Animal Hospital, so I grew up around dogs and cats and the veterinary medical scene. We personally have a Frenchie and a basic black rescue cat. After graduating from Bishop Snyder High School, I started college classes at Florida State College at Jacksonville. I enjoy studying science, especially biology and chemistry. In my free time, I like to read, especially non-fiction. For a long time, I have been training Brazilian jiu-jitsu and recently started kickboxing and some judo. I love learning about other cultures. I’m multilingual! I am conversational in both Russian and Spanish.
Natasha Bustamante’s Biography:
I have been a veterinary technician for 26 years. I have found myself in many different roles in the veterinary industry over those years. I have worked in emergency medicine, general practice, holistic veterinary medicine, wildlife rehab, blood transfusion lab, and a few other specialties. I have 4 children and a Labrador named Daisy. I have been working full-time with Dr. Susan Shelton at Saint Francis Animal Hospital since January 2023. I am currently in college pursuing my bachelor’s degree. I have a passion for science, specifically for biology. I have recently taken a little bit of an interest in reading and writing poetry.
