Cancellation Policy
Please note that the office is closed Friday through Sunday. Emailing or calling over the weekend to cancel or reschedule means we will not get the request until Monday morning. In light of that, please refer to the following schedule to be sure there is no misunderstanding regarding the forfeiture of a deposit:
If your appointment is on a Monday you must cancel by Wednesday at noon by phone to retain your deposit.
If your appointment is on a Tuesday you must cancel by noon by phone to retain your deposit.
If your appointment is on a Wednesday you must cancel by noon by phone to retain your deposit.
If your appointment is on a Thursday you must cancel by noon by phone to retain your deposit.
What forms of payments do you take?
We accept most all credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit), debit, and cash. We do not accept checks.
